As Denise Klein and I are preparing to host an afternoon tea (see Owls Who Can Cook), I’m reviewing my Tea Meal recipes: scones, treacle tart, trifle, and a new chai tea biscuit, with more recipes to come, thanks to my girlfriend Susie’s collection. Best of all, I’ve made frequent trips to the Path of Tea, sampling different flavors. This week’s favorites? Kyoto Rose and Strawberry Sencha (both from Japan). But Dragon Jasmine Pearl is probably my all time favorite.
