Brownie Pie

(no crust required)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup oleo
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 Cup chopped pecans

Beat eggs until lemon colored.  Sift flour and sugar and add to eggs.  Mix well and add vanilla.  Melt oleo and cocoa together and add to rest of mixture.  Finally, stir in pecan pieces.  Pour into a well-greased cake or pie pan.  Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F degrees.  Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
