Black Bottom Pecan Cheesecake Pie

1 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3 Tablespoons Whipping Cream
1  8 oz package Cream Cheese
4 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar – Divided
2 Teaspoons Vanilla – Divided
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoon Butter
1-1/2 Cups Pecan Halves
1/2 cup Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup (Karo)

1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Microwave chocolate chips and whipping cream in bowl on 50% power for 2 minutes, stir.  Repeat as needed until melted, then Whisk til smooth.

3.  Beat cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and salt at medium speed until smooth.  Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust, spreading evenly.  Pour cream cheese mixture over chocolate layer.

5.  Whisk together corn syrup, Melted butter, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla.  Stir in pecans and pour over cream cheese in pie crust.

6.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. or til set.  Cover pie with aluminum foil after about 45 min. to keep from burning.  Cool completely on wire rack.  Drizzle each slice with chocolate syrup.
