Tuscan Pork Chops

 

  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Seasoned Pepper
  • 4 Thick Pork Chops
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 – 4 Cloves Garlic – Minced
  • 1/3 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes – Seeded And Diced
  • 2 Tablespoon Drained Capers (Optional)

1.  Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish, dredge pork chops in flour mixture.

2.  Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over med hi heat 1 – 2 min on each side or til golden brown.  Remove pork from skillet.

3.  Add garlic  to skillet and sauté 1 min.  Add vinegar and broth, stirring to loosen particles from skillet; stir in tomatoes and capers.

4.  Return pork to skillet; bring sauce to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 min. or til pork is tender.  Serve pork with tomato mixture.
