Mississippi Mud Pie

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1/2Cup chopped pecans.
  • 8-oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided for use
  • 1 small package chocolate pudding
  • 1 small package vanilla pudding
  • 3 Cups milk
  • 1 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar, chilled

Mix flour, oleo, and nuts like pie dough. Bake in 13” x 9” pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 Cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Cook dry pudding mixes and milk. Cool. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding layer. Shave or grate the cold Hershey bar over the Cool Whip layer. Refrigerate overnight, covered with plastic wrap.
