Hey Wiess!  Let’s have a cake-off.  Dr. Stan Dodds is an incredible pastry chef.  Really.  He often wins the Wiess Associates’ Baking Contests.  Here is the cake he brought to his O-Week Group in the first week of the Fall semester.  Makes you want to change O-Week Groups, right?  He’s kindly shared his recipe with us for the cooking blog.  Enjoy, and pass your compliments to the chef.
