Over the winter holidays break, we perfected the Overnight Kolache recipe from Barry Ribbeck’s family. The original recipe resulted in smaller kolaches that could be consumed in 2-3 bites, perfect for a tea or snacks. But by doubling the recipe and adding a little extra yeast, we produced a high-rising, light consistency dough for the base. Yum! And the best thing? This recipe requires no kneading or rolling out.
