Summer meals can be so lovely! Crisp breads, fresh fruit, soups and salads all fill you up without filling you out. For a special treat, we use this appetizer recipe as a meal along with a side salad. Toasted French bread or baguettes topped with Brie cheese, apricot preserves and toasted nuts.
