A few weeks ago, I picked up several root vegetables in my Plant it Forward share.  At the same time, a friend gave me butternut squash from her East Bernard garden. Remembering how much I enjoyed turnips in a previous curry, I decided to try a new combination.  Voilà! Butternut Curry, perfect for fall days and nights.
