If you’re longing for a taste of the Caribbean, try this lovely summer vegetable stir fry. It can accommodate almost any fresh veggie you can shred in a food processor. The first time I tried it, I had a combination of store-bought veggies and selections from two different gardens (ours and a friend’s).
