If you get stuck with a turkey assignment for one of the holiday meals, here is the easiest way to complete your tour of duty. This turkey was baked a day in advance, then reheated in the oven with its own juice. The vegetables stuffed inside the cavity to give it flavor were removed and chopped up to use in the stuffing, also prepared a day in advance.  Keep calm, you can do this!
