A huge meal like Thanksgiving can be a lot of fun if you have enough cooks and ovens. For a ‘Friendsgiving’ study break at Wiess, it took me 18 hours to prepare a full meal for 20 people, including the two hours several of the students spent in a cooking class before the meal.
