Baking pies in muffin tins takes a little more preparation time, but the results are well worth it. Each pie can be eaten in 4-6 bites, so they are big enough to share, but also small enough to try different kinds. Each of my single pie recipes can be used to make 20-24 mini pies. The Mince and Pecan are shown here for scale only. These two pie fillings require different temperatures and cannot be baked together.
