Accidentally on purpose, I forgot to use up all the Easter candy when I had a group of Rice students over for Easter lunch and an indoor egg hunt  (side note: Will Rice guys are SO competitive!).  We had a great time, but I found a leftover plastic egg in the laundry room (blue egg on top blue Downy fabric softener bottle = sneaky, right?) and then found a whole bag of chocolate footballs.  So… I had to make chocolate chunk cookies!
