*Salads: In your Week One Shopping List (also known as stocking a naked pantry), there are two packages of salad. The amount of dressing in a complete salad mix is actually enough for two salad meals, you just need a big bowl to toss the salad so that every piece of lettuce is exposed to the dressing. Buy a separate package of regular lettuce without the dressing each time you buy a complete salad kit. On the first night, use the one-half of the salad dressings and toppings on the lettuce that came in the package. Save the remaining dressings and toppings in a zip loc bag for the next day. Open the plain bag of lettuce and use the left-over dressings and toppings.
