If you are still in school, you are about 1/3 of the way through a typical 4-month semester and your free time is starting to feel very limited or possibly non-existent. You need recipes that don’t require a lot of thought and less planning. This week, we’ll look into recipes you can cook ahead on Sunday to reheat and eat through Wednesday. On Thursday, you’ll need to cook again. If you can’t find a way to tackle a new dish on Thursday, fall back on the crock pot beans or soup from the early weeks to get you through two more days until the weekend when your schedule is – hopefully – less hectic. Use the Week Six Shopping List will keep you organized in the store and don’t shop hungry!
