- 1 package Brussels Sprouts
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
Slice each Brussels sprout into thirds. Toss with olive oil and spices. Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet on medium high and begin roasting. Carmelize the Brussel sprouts in the butter for about 10-15 minutes.
